Absolutely. We fully respect your privacy and your account with us is securely held. We access your dating profiles to communicate with potential dates and that’s all. We don’t divulge personal information to them or anyone else. Your date won’t know it was us chatting on your behalf, unless you choose to tell them yourself

In brief, we are responsible for managing your dating app profile/s. So we will do the following (some features are dependent on which plan you are a member of):

  • Set up your dating app/website profile with images (you provide) and intriguing and attractive text descriptions
  • Retouch images so you look your best
  • We proactively search for potential dates and also react to incoming first messages
  • We communicate with matches as if it was you responding. They won’t know it’s us! We use professional writers and language (in a neutral but interesting tone)
  • If we think there are potential dates from people who meet your criteria, we let you know and you confirm (or not) whether you’d like us to keep going and get their number/arrange a date
  • You receive a summary of what was written so you know where to pick up from on your date
  • We can help set you up with a video or phone call date using 3rd party software such as zoom, skype, whatsapp etc

Nothing! Although all your logins are kept safe, for extra security, we suggest you change your dating app or website passwords that we were managing.

Pricing & Support

Internationally, however, at the moment we focus on clients who require English writing skills. As we continue to grow in English speaking markets such as USA, UK, Australia and Canada we are increasingly getting requests from Europe, Latin America, Asia and India and therefore will very likely increase our team to encompass more languages. We don’t want to compromise on quality of our services.

We do indeed! In fact a significant number of clients come from word of mouth. Once you pay for a plan, you will receive a discount code for you and your friends (they receive a discount off the monthly/yearly plan and you receive a discount off your next months price)

Yes. It uses a secure connection to takes payments and logging in to your account

Refunds and cancellation

You have a 14 days cooling off period, if the service has not yet started, after which time you will not receive a refund if you decide to cancel your membership. If your service has started you will not get a refund for the month paid for. If you have a membership plan (monthly) you may cancel your membership anytime, however, you will not receive a refund. If you have a yearly plan and you cancel early, you may receive a pro-rated refund minus one additional month. Feel free to ask us any questions via the contact form.
